I'll go with 33.3 as an improvement. I am hearing positive talk about both our receiving and running back rooms. If our defense shows up for the first time in 3 years we will be successful.

Maybe 5-6 point swing is too much, but if we replace Alcorn from last year (63 points) with Oklahoma and only score 14-17, it would swing the season 4 points

Our non conference average last year was 37.4 points, while SEC average was 25.87.
So taking the average would be 1 ppg over the course of a season.
It’s certainly worth taking into consideration.

I don't think it will be as high with 10 P4 games. Closer to the 28.4 that some have mentioned is what I think. Hope for higher, but it's a tough schedule and KT will have some growing pains and make some mistakes along the way.

Considering the game it replaces was a Sunbelt team, it could easily cost us at least half that much if not more.

The extra SEC game vs a non con should equate to 1-2 ppg to help you with prediction. If we played Ark St and put up 44 points, but, now we sub in Florida and only manage 20 points, that equates to 2 less ppg for the season. If we took our foot off the gas and scored 40 on Ark St. and got a garbage TD against Florida, now your down to 1 ppg, almost negligible for this exercise.
