Big time addition if he joins the staff. Perfect-he's about same age as Hart (mid 40's) and brings recruiting chops/connections all over the country.

NLI does not matter in college athletics. IF a player wants out they are always released at this level of sports. The backlash and negative recruiting would kill a program if they didn't.
