I see why everyone picks Bagley, but he took 21 shots, the next closest was Carter with 9. Carter had 15 points and 11 rebounds. Grayson is struggling with his shot, but he only took 5, but had 12 rebounds and 8 assists. O'Connell was a spark too off the bench.
Bagley. Not only for the scoring, this was his best defensive game yet. Played the passing lanes tremendously, and altered more than a few shots. He just doesn't belong in college basketball, and we are so fortunate to have him.
Bagley. I don’t know if he can be stopped.
Ask Javin.
Kidding aside, we need to go to Bagley literally every possession until it stops working. Give him the ball and see if he can score. If he can't, kick it back out and we'll run something. But he should *always* get a touch.
Allen grabbed some positive headlines even w/o fg in yesterday's win:

Thanks for posting, Hart. Bottom line is that Grayson is a winner, and he'll do whatever it takes to win...and this is what it looks like. Also this shooting slump of his isn't going to last forever.

I actually think the offense has been planned out perfectly lately. Seems like the first 8 minutes, we try to get Duval, Gary, and Grayson going. I love how Duval attacks early in the game, even though he was unsuccessful against Wake. We also have ran the play where Gary curls around a screen for a jumper in the first couple minutes of every game, it works almost every time. Important for Grayson to get shots up early too, because we need him to get going.Ask Javin.

I hope he comes out of it soon Dirt. Yes we're dangerous already, and Bagley is special, but I think we need that swag that Allen has when he's hitting shots. He will still look to get our bigs touches, as Trent and Duval should get the ball inside as well, but a scoring Allen makes us next to unbeatable. Thanks for posting, Hart. I like that a lot, DukeKY!!! In fact, I Graysonized it...not perfect, but serviceable imo.

Hes just cool period Dirt! OFC
Love Graysons game management, but this team needs him to start scoring going forward...his 3 point shooting is terrible, dont know why,but hopefully he'll figure it out soonTo your points a couple things: Bagley is a great player, a FRANCHISE PLAYER, and some of his relentlessness and moves on offense are breathtaking. I understand why he's the kneejerk POG choice.
However, what Grayson did yesterday w/o a fg proved to be huge dividends in the Wake win.8 assists some of which resulted in 3 point buckets mean he was resposible for about 20 Duke points. Add to that the TWELVE BOARDS???!! Thats crazy for a combo guard. The young man almost pulled off a double double in assists and rebounds- a real rarity. My hats off to him and I would make him and Bagley co-players of game, sharing the honor. OFC

Yes,Trent has certainly figured it out,was awesome saturdayI think he will. Remember Grayson even in a shooting slump still gets so much attention, I think its actually freeing others up. (Trent is getting a lot of wide open looks because of this).OFC
Teeeeeechnically speaking, he got ONE wide open look... repeatedly.(Trent is getting a lot of wide open looks because of this).
