There is no doubt PJ is good but uk would be much worse without him. Uk should feel very lucky that PJ is healthy or it would be curtains in maybe the 2nd rd of the ncaa.

Sure wish Zion went to Clemson if he wasn't coming to Kentucky.
Well, we won't even play them until the elite 8, at the soonest. If we couldn't beat them at the beginning of the season, and we can't beat them at the end, then my hat's off to them. But, I'm not afraid of getting another shot. In fact, I would love to see a UK vs Duke final.

My honest belief: Zion is clearly an exceptional talent, but the Duke team overall is flawed.
Obviously, our guys got embarrassed the first time around. But I think our team is absolutely on Duke's level now. Zion or no Zion.

If you can limit Dukes transition dunks and make them play on the half court they are flawed. Syracuse gave up way to many offensive rebounds with Chukwu in foul trouble.
Zion is a great talent, but if you let him get dunks in transition and easy putbacks because you cannot box out,it makes him look unstoppable.

Add Zion to Vanderbilt, and they are an NCAA team. Add Zion to any team; this guy does not belong on a college basketball court. I do not dislike Zion and I respect his game, but the endless, incessant worship is what annoys most of us more than anything (other than him playing for Duke). 13-13 is nice, but he did have 12 dunks or layups.
Then root for UNCheat because you can guarantee they don't want those 2 matching up until the championship game.
RT alone should have something to say about that. Nick Richards may luckily get in a swat or two...(Who knows, he may arrive.), EJ may swipe one or two down low if Zion gets crowded....

As a Kentucky and Clemson alumnus, that would have been win-win for me. Or win-not much of a loss.

I don’t crusade. I don’t start threads, I don’t interrupt game threads, I don’t trash Uk. I just clear up inaccuracies and poor takes related to Duke. It keeps me very busy.
Zion is an excellent player, definitely changes dUKe and makes them a different team. He is an athletic stud - but society (mostly ESPN) are so wanting to anoint the next GOAT it is embarrassing. That being said - and others have said it - dUKe has flaws. Give Zion his 40, expose the other weaknesses they have. Should UK fear them? Heck no. Should UK "want" them - who knows. Regardless, we have to play our game, and when we do, we are a dang good team, capable of winning it all.

Zion went 13 for 13 and Syracuse was still in the game until late with out 2 of their better players.....Duke will go against a team that wont turn over the ball and rebound better and it will be a different story....Duke is a good team with Zion but dont buy the hype ESPN sells you....they are very beatable!
Zion is truly a man child, but Barrett and Reddish aren't chopped liver, they are more than a one trick pony !
