Pitino is exponentially better at actually coaching than Cal. Cal just whooped him from '09-'15 because he had guys like Davis and Wall. Now that the talent level has subsided a bit in Lexington, we see who is truly the wizard and who is the cuckold.

Iona has about as much talent as Wright State. It's amazing that has been this competitive to this point.
I always pull for SEC teams and would be pulling for Iona against anyone else. Also hard to pull for them with so called UK fans using them to bash Cal.
Cal owned Pitino in the UK vs. Louisville matchup, for sure. Better talent, which is a credit to Cal. Cal's record against Pitino before UK years was 8-9. If you compare just Memphis vs. Louisville, it's 4-4.
I remember when I was really young and my cousin took me to the garden to see St. John’s play Iona. It was the first game in person I saw. Iona won the game and their fans were beyond annoying.
