I felt like this was "coming out" game. He got alot of clock and he definitely took advantage. I kinda felt like Grady showed he had more offensive game than most thought. Those are both damn good things. Before they increased pressure I thought it helped Grady to bring it up against token pressure and have the ball in his hands.

I hope so. Been waiting on him, Collins, Hopkins, Ware to show me something. Brooks may next year tho. Just goes to show you how great Oscar has been. He's unbelievable and NPOY carrying inside. Toppin has ways to go in order to just be second team all SEC next year. If it happens I'm glad but I understand he's limited and no pressure like that for me from him. Next year if you expect he'll get that then he's gonna get the Brooks heat.

If Toppin returns next year he should work on his shooting all summer. If he can hit 3 nest year he will be All- SEC.

he can be as good as he wants to be... decent passer, feeds the post to Oscar as well as anyone we have, decent dribbler, can get his own shot, hit it and athletically super gifted

I thought it would happen this year, that is what I predicted...but he is turning it on.

I think he is likely one of our Top 3 players next season. Kid has almost all the tools to be a superstar.

Toppin has huge upside. Huge upside. It will all be decided on coming back to school and putting in the work in the off season. He has the potential to be a first rounder. All about the attitude and the willingness to work.

If he can add a three ball, he’ll really catch some NBA eyes. For those who always ask about Oscar and the NBA, Toppin is the exact body type they want. He can be incredibly disruptive on defense and guard 1-5. Today he disrupted a few passes just by having long arms.

What else do Ware and Hopkins need to show you? Toppin is amazing and Ware is so solid off the bench. I really think you troll.

He’s showing an ability to score at all levels. Needs to work on his threes but his shot looks good, just not totally consistent yet. I think he could be a monster next year if he puts on some more weight, and refines his offensive game further.

His defense, athletic ability, and length are already at a near elite level. Adding some weight and becoming an offensive threat could easily make him an All-SEC player, or maybe even take him to loftier heights.

He is a much more consistent player than Keion. It was great to see them play well together. Gives Cal more options.

He's got a little bit of the crafty Erik Daniels play in him ... Toppin needs to be able to hit that 18' more often, or stop taking them altogether.

Toppin we blow up when he is consistent with the 15’ jumper and his ball handling improves to drive it. He’s athletically gifted and aggressive. That is an excellent combo for a player with his size.

Really the only thing holding Toppin back is playing time. I think some minutes were promised to Keion in order to return, and it difficult to play them together too many minutes. I’m not too mad bc keion has won games for us this year with his jump shooting. But if Toppin can consistently knock down the shots keion makes and also add a 3 pointer (shot looks good and the tools are there just needs to work on the feet) then he can be the best glue guy in the country and sure fire draft pick. I want all the minutes at the 4 going to him next season.
