Glad they are back. I always enjoyed it and it has its place in Starkville. But it not close to as good as little dooey or 2 brothers. I love dooeys but I’m the more I eat 2 brothers the more I think it’s the best bbq in Starkville

I was joking. Petty’s used to be my favorite. Last experience there was rough. Looking forward to next time I’m in town

I don’t see a double bacon cheeseburger plate all fries or catfish poboy on that list.

Better start back strong because they sucked last time I went. Hopefully this reboot is what they needed for me to relive them being my favorite place in the 90's.

I loved Petty’s when I was in school (late 90’s) and am looking forward to trying them again. If you haven’t tried the pulled pork nachos from 1883 Smokehouse I highly recommend them.

One of my favorite places in late 90s/early 2000s. Fried catfish was always on point

Smokehouse closed. They just have their food trucks now.

I must have always ordered wrong things because I was never super impressed there.
Burgers are decent but I didn’t care for bbq.

Maybe they are offering more than 1 napkin and 1 pack of ketchup and Dr Pepper as bbq sauce!

Once was great. The last 5 or 6 years was garbage.

My lunch almost every Sunday back in the late 90s was a call in order from Petty's...typically a bacon cheeseburger. Glad they are back. Wish Christy's would come back.

2 Brothers may be some of the best BBQ in the south. I brought a friend who is a head chef/restaurant owner in NO who has been on more that a few food network shows and he was incredibly impressed. Talked about it all day and then mentioned it to me a few weeks later again. It’s exceptionally good.

Christys had a great hamburger probably my favorite it Starkville
