Yeah I freaking hated that and was actually glad they farted out at the end of the year and didn’t make the NCAAs. There, I admitted it.
Should be a good one. Good for RU fans to check out two future opponents.
Listening to the ESPN commentators talking about the B1G being down is comical as Michigan is destroying Pitt by.30 and the spread was UM -8.
B1G is 35-2 so far, ACC 29-11 after UM/Pitt result.

All games have their ebbs and flows, but neither of these teams are world beaters. We’ll have a chance against both.
Iowa missing a lot of shots they normally make. This should be a blow out right now. Seton hall looks like they don’t have much chemistry

I'm not watching it but that crew has always favored Purdue and Iowa in the B1G.

I didn't see the closing 8 minutes of the end of the game, but I was not impressed by either team. Iowa didn't look like the typical Hawkeye team. Set in Hall played like it was a pickup game. The first half looked like two teams trying to figure out who they are as teams.
I have to think that teams with a lot of transfers will have chemistry problems. Someone on TV over the weekend said there are a number of teams around the country that start five transfers. Thats crazy. Pike always brings in a transfer or two every year but the core of his teams are always the returning guys, which to me is the smart way to do it.
Do you still believe that after Iowa’s beat down of SHU at the Rock? To recap, that’s Nova losing to Temple, Butler losing to PSU, Georgetown losing to Northwestern and Marquette losing to Purdue. Not many good teams in the Big East in the early season.
Penn St has been impressive so far and was up 46-29 at half, but they are barely holding on 2 minutes left 69-65 vs Furman on ESPNU
FWIW, Penn State won. B1G still holding at only two losses overall to this point, one of those by a point against Gonzaga.
True, but what about the early season makes you think the Big East is underrated?
You tend to want to always wait and defer to the future, which never gets here. We are already about 25-33% of the way through the OOC schedule.
At this point, the BE and ACC have done poorly, and the B1G has done well. The BE hasnt looked good.
