I never use them but i hear the msft product stinksNever struck me as having any real moat especially with Teams and Workspace bundles, plus RTO was a huge a negative catalyst leading to slower growth. Then again I thought Docusign would be dead by now and it’s still breathing.
We are on Google suite. Not issues there or with Zoom. I spend entirely too much time professionally waiting for a meeting to start where someone is “having trouble signing on to Teams.”I never use them but i hear the msft product stinks
Zoom is the best product. What they need is more products.
I’m out of quantum except for two quantum encryption scratch-off lottery tickets = QNC and QSEGF. QNC has a really interesting patent which takes a totally different approach using electrons.I did sell my quantum’s. Those things were getting crushed.
also sold high dept AI plays like cbrs. Also getting crushed.
You selling quantum can only mean one thing... they are about to rip higherI did sell my quantum’s. Those things were getting crushed.

Trust me, these thoughts do cross my mind. You selling quantum can only mean one thing... they are about to rip higher
Clarification. Zoom has the best video streaming platform, but not the best overall product. That’s easily Teams. It has so much functionality and integrates nicely into the MS ecosystem. There’s a reason why most companies moved to it.Cause they have the best product?
Which quantum is a buy and hold? Still waiting for a good price on IONQ, but I know you liked a few others. You selling quantum can only mean one thing... they are about to rip higher
I can’t make heads or tails of quantum companies or how they intersect with AI models. Quantum is supposed to solve the most complex problems which prob means won’t replace anything in our daily lives. At the same time I can see a quantum “scare” coming so I’ve been focusing on encryption as a slice of cyber. I like what NET is doing in the post-quantum encryption space although hard to tell which companies will be winners/losers. The cyber space is getting really crowded.Which quantum is a buy and hold? Still waiting for a good price on IONQ, but I know you liked a few others.
You have to treat them as a basket. Add more to the basket as companies go public. No one knows for sure how many of these will be winners. This includes folks that work in quantum computing.Which quantum is a buy and hold? Still waiting for a good price on IONQ, but I know you liked a few others.
I’ve been waiting for gold, silver and rare earth to climb seems they may be headed for a turnaround. I’m probably still down 10% across those positions.Really good compound this week which included a bullish take on gold and even more bullish on BTC. Without the typical crypto mumbo jumbo.
The charts aren't good, but last time the charts looked this bad for quantum stocks, it took off. I am buying more hereTrust me, these thoughts do cross my mind.
But the charts all suck and on a day when I was outperforming these stocks were still red. Ill keep an eye on them but I think they are dead for now.
Jurrien was very bullish on gold. Great episode! Fidelity has a lot of rock stars.Really good compound this week which included a bullish take on gold and even more bullish on BTC. Without the typical crypto mumbo jumbo.
Sold PLTR in 160s for nice gain. Still like it but Tough to buy now with mid-terms coming.Palantir baby!
Translation: BOA just layed off a ton of IT staff and has docked a boatload of indentured H1B's to do the same work. The more things change, the more they stay the same.Sold PLTR in 160s for nice gain. Still like it but Tough to buy now with mid-terms coming.
Burry feeling good right now going to be a bumpy ride at least until Anthropic IPO and if that doesn’t happen look the F out.
Im still buying AAPL/MSFT and will add big on any major corrections…nibbling on COIN/HOOD…adding small to existing SECZ/FIGR spec positions. I’m still convinced tokenization and blockchain will revolutionize finance only question is when. MA on my radar on next dip. Bought UNH before earnings. Looking at WM and WMT for defense and long term holds. Started small position in CTSH (Cognizant) when BOA reported hiring a buttload of consultants to review IT architectures and patch systems
Maybe B of A should pay attention to their own in-house shenanigans and money laundering. These banks are clearly jealous Jensen and Hock Tan are replacing them as the primary source of capital.Translation: BOA just layed off a ton of IT staff and has docked a boatload of indentured H1B's to do the same work. we should have a white collar tax on this stuff and make it too expensive to offshore as much as we doTranslation: BOA just layed off a ton of IT staff and has docked a boatload of indentured H1B's to do the same work. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
It's interesting to watch this all unfold. Can't have a white collar tax to reel in offshoring. But here comes A.I. to gut companies like Cognizant (one of the worst performing stocks of 2026 btw) and there is pushback on taxing job losses due to A.I.we should have a white collar tax on this stuff and make it too expensive to offshore as much as we do
You and I are viewing Cognizant from a totally different bull/bear case although it’s a really small position of mine right now. BTW, it’s only down -2% 1Y and is +53% in 3M. The notion that consultants will be replaced by AI is proving to be as accurate as the SaaSpocolypse. Companies have no clue how to integrate AI, how to deal with legacy systems - it’s a play on enterprise modernization = “AI builders and technology services providers”. With that said, IDK how long this all lasts. But if AI certification and oversight takes off it will be the consultants that cash in. Just like when NIST, FISMA, GLBA, etc. forced companies to spend boatloads on compliance. And if tokenization takes off the financial system is going to need consultants at every turn. It's interesting to watch this all unfold. Can't have a white collar tax to reel in offshoring. So is the world supposed to just starve?
I hear you. Also frustrating when I sell Marriott two weeks ago and watch it jump 30 points. How the F is Marriott going up in a high inflation/rate environment and gas ****-show?!Getting crushed.
thought earlier this week was maybe a washout. Hoping today is.
I think the S&P bounced exactly where it should have.Getting crushed.

ACN's been good though.I hear you. Also frustrating when I sell Marriott two weeks ago and watch it jump 30 points. How the F is Marriott going up in a high inflation/rate environment and gas ****-show?!
The All-In podcast talks a lot of CRWV and the crew is rather bullish on its business model.ACN's been good though.
I bought that, MCK, and BR, all up. Not enough to stave off the losses, but it helps a little.
I've hung in on CRWV and KORU, both getting murdered. Someone on Fastmoney said CRWV will likely report rev growth of about 130%, and it probably won't be enough to turn the tide.

1987 was a green year! Most people forget that.I remember “Black Monday” (October 19, 1987)and people leaving meetings to get to pay phones to follow the huge drop. Way too many companies had way too much leverage. The wild thing—and good thing—was that the market rebounded pretty quickly.
Yes, ended up with a gain on the quick turnaround. Having said that, people that panicked and sold and/or were over leveraged took a bath. Lots of LBO’s prior to the day drove lots of companies into bankruptcy.1987 was a green year! Most people forget that.
I guess you never know when gold will give you a big fear spike.I’ve told this story before but I was a resident in 87, at MSKCC, and had bought half a dozen gold options at $800 with an order to sell at $1200. I was making 17k a year at the time. When the crash occurred, I called my broker to see if my order was filled and he said the price rose so fast that it was filled at $2400 per contract. All the docs were walking around the hospital with sullen faces and I’m basically skipping through the halls doing my rounds.
Every time something happens in the word where gold and silver are expected to stir the price goes down instead. I always knew metals were manipulated but its farcical now. The powers that been want to keep everyone in paper. Eventually they wont be able to keep pushing the beachball down.
The AI thing is scary. I knew 2 years ago it was fool's gold because I knew Jensen and his leather jacket was practically the Don King of computer hardware. So much hype went into AI (tech is the easiest to corn people with) that to say people overinvested is an injustice. Equity lunatics piled-in and bought usually cautious insurance cos to overinvest - same for retirement funds. When AI scam flips its investors stuck with the bill.
People here probably heard of Ed Zitron. He knows the math and financial implementation of AI better than anyone for awhile now. He explains how $billions worth Nvidia processors are in storage because there is no use for them now ( data centers still being built etc), Jensen told tech buyers if they didn't buy the chips he had they couldn't get the newer ones. People overinvested in things they didn't understand and warped math and shallow media fed the problem. The linked roundtable has AI and financial experts giving a realistic picture of the situation
