RIP

I have to say the Cars were one of the worst bands I ever seen in concert..

Yes, it does suck. It creeps me out Eddie Money and Rik are 10 years older than I, makes me wonder how much time I have left. I always thought Susan Gallagher, the actress in the You Might Think I'm Crazy video was the hottest woman in all the 80s videos.

You have to remember that he was old in rock star years, lol.

You never know - Keith Richards is older and still, somehow, defying death.

Not my favorite Cars song....... But the man had a lot of GOOD TIMES! Lots of Cars songs played in my youth, mostly from the Drive album.

Honest question. Has anyone ever seen Keith Richards outside during the daytime? I swear I want to throw some holy water on him just to see what happens.

I'm not as old as most of you geriatrics on here, but The Cars were great! One of the most underrated bands of all time.

I was 10 in '84 and remember seeing "You Might Think" on Friday Night Videos and thinking Ocasek was a weird dude. Then... he married Paulina Porizkova and my buddies and I experienced our first true WTF? moment.

The next 5 years will be rough as so many musicians are in their 70’s & late 60’s.

I remember when I bought their first, other kids were asking “who the heck is that?” Their first album was outstanding.

I still have memories of getting out of school early my senior year. I was heading to my job and "My Best Friend's Girl" was playing on the radio. Still my favorite Cars song.

And later on you came to understand money talks and BS walks, her marrying him was no longer a "wtf", and at that point you knew you figured out life and were an adult:)
