Please read #268.No… she is competing for Japan NOT the United States of America. I asked you to name Chinese athletes competing for this country ( USA) . Stay with the plan .
Who cares? NBC and a couple of nuts on the board. They said they’re not watching the NFL but they are. I haven’t watch a minute of the Olympics but didn’t know everyone cared. So great. Ratings are down 50%. No one is watching.
You want to compete for China....fine...then STAY there for the rest of your lives. Renouncing your U.S. Citizenship? FU. Couple pieces of **** if you ask me.

They are so angry.Fox News and OAN stopped telling the angry Maga drones to be angry with the NFL and moved on to China and the Olympics. Like clockwork ...
Well good thing we don't live in China. Yet. :WooHoo:We didn't ask you, tho![]()
they should have never held the winter olympics in China anyway...all these snow based events...and there's no natural snow to be found in their venues.I know there is a similar thread.... but..
Gotta be heartbreaking to work so hard to get to this point. but the number of reports indicating the poor living, and eating conditions for our athletes and the others around the world is a disgrace. Even more so, the quarantining conditions are hurting athletes who "test" positive physically and mentally (see US figure skater Vincent Zhou).
How many are wishing for a reset (can't happen but)...
especially the images of the Nuclear towers by the snowboard slope in the bacground....
I think a couple of the crazies on the board should show up at the airport and stop her from com8ng down from the gate. They probably need their guns to stop her. Caliknight should be there since it will be in Cali. BOB should be there but he might not be able to travel with his wheelchair. So does she need a visa to return even though her legal residence is in the US?
It was the same for the Summer Olympics last year. Ratings for sports in general have been on the decline for years now, and a sizeable chunk of that is cord-cutters who are still watching, but via streams that don't count towards the ratings. So great. Ratings are down 50%. No one is watching.
Whoa whoa whoa...Robs are not Bobs and Bobs are not Robs.ROB should be there but he might not be able to travel with his wheelchair.
I don't either. Don't like it but this is what happens in the Olympics. But just to be clear if this were the other way round she be "disappeared" the moment she stepped foot back in China.I hate CCP and XI as much as you do. I just don’t think GU is a traitor.
I’m sorry, BOB in the wheelchair. I don’t why they would get angry when they have no control over the situation. I want to live a happy life not an angry life. Yes, she should have represented the US but it’s a matter of $$$ more like $250-500 million representing China vs $10 million representing US.It was the same for the Summer Olympics last year. All of the people bent out of shape about people representing other countries are going to go back to not caring about them at all very soon. It's just the current anger flavor of the week. Their pundits will tell them something else to be mad about once the Olympics are over.
to be fair that is likely because they couldn't make the team. Often "US" athletes will compete for their country of birth because they can make the team there. This guy is probably an exchange student from China . I have no problem with foreign students being educated here . But the point was would this current CCP endorse / encourage their actual native born athletes to compete for the USA. Can you name me one? Not Japan or Mexico or France but the USA . I’ll wait for you’re list of athletes.
THAT was the slap...You want to compete for China....fine...then STAY there for the rest of your lives. Renouncing your U.S. Citizenship? FU. Couple pieces of **** if you ask me.
What, give up your citizenship for money?I’m sorry, BOB in the wheelchair. I don’t why they would get angry when they have no control over the situation. I want to live a happy life not an angry life. Yes, she should have represented the US but it’s a matter of $$$ more like $250-500 million representing China vs $10 million representing US.
Again, she doesn’t give up the US citizenship. What, give up your citizenship for money?
Are you serious? Please read #268.I ‘m still waiting on that list of Chinese athletes being allowed to compete for the USA… not any other countries but the US of A.
he can't find his glasses. Are you serious? Please read #268.

Again, she doesn’t give up the US citizenship.
Exactly. Go work in a sweat camp. The worst part is she was supported her entire career through US Snowboarding until China came and bought her.
F that girl.
I have provided you with the quarterly reports that are published by our government. You don't know that.
What we do know is China doesn't allow dual citizenship.
It is unknown if she gave up her citizenship. She refused to answer questions about it. The Olympic Committee requires that you travel on a passport of the country you represent, and China does not recognize duel citizenship.Again, she doesn’t give up the US citizenship.
No citizenship was given up. You will see she’s coming back to the US to attend Stanford next year. What, give up your citizenship for money?

Foreign exchange students come here all the time.No citizenship was given up. You will see she’s coming back to the US to attend Stanford next year.
She has been competing for China since 2019.She could have done it after.
The government still hasn’t released illegal alien crossing numbers for 2021. Not exactly on top of the game
The only fact we know is China doesn’t allow dual citizenship.
