Had a charity "gala" tonight up in West Orange (I did bid on and win an awesome picture of Bill Murray plotting to take down the gopher in Caddyshack), which started at 5:30 pm, so I missed most of the golf today and just finished watching it on tape - it didn't disappoint. Three 64's, including one by Finau that I thought would've had him in the lead, but Molinari is a friggin' machine out there - when was the last time he had a bogey? He's really going to be tough to beat, even by Tiger playing well (and finally making all his putts under 10 feet) and he did beat Tiger last year at the Open when they were paired together.
The wild card tomorrow is the weather, as the forecast from 4 days ago is looking like it'll be pretty accurate with respect to the risk for afternoon thunderstorms. I understand moving the tee times up and going with threesomes off of both tees, but I hate not having the traditional Sunday afternoon/evening at Augusta. And probably even more importantly for the players, it's looking like the winds will be up for much of the day with ~15 mph winds and some gusts to 25-30 mph possible (although winds are really hard to predict accurately). If we get that kind of wind without any rain and some tough pins, I think 1 or 2 under could be a good score tomorrow.
