OT: Mens Soccer

A decade ago, I would have laughed at anyone that told me that I would get into soccer. Well... I AM into soccer. I still have tons more to learn about the game, but I know way more than I used to. I do regularly support/watch an EPL team. I watch most of the European Cup stuff and will watch MLS and UK from time to time. I can watch a 0-0 or 1-0 score and be content if the play is aggressive. I am learning how teams make runs to pull defenders out of position etc. I know VAR is an issue for purists, but I like it. I don't like flopping and acting like your leg, arm or head is about to fall off every time you get fouled. And the closer to the box the play gets, but more likely this will occur. I also don't like the time-wasting that takes place.

It's never going to happen for me, guys. I've already pruned my sports tree anyway. Hardly follow the NFL anymore. Not going to put in the time to try to understand a sport that innately bores the **** out of me. I think most people are like me.
