The words, "Throw me the TV Guide," were uttered millions of times everyday in households from coast to coast.

Loved the Dennis comic books, hated the show. My last name is Wilson, so I still get an occasional Hellooo Mr. Wilson from people who watched the show back in the day. Was also a Leave it to Beaver fan.

Without question, Joseph Kearns.

Gale Gordon was OK, but he'll always be Mr. Mooney in my book.

Joseph Kearns was sufficiently cranky for the role, but he could carry it comedically too with some of his facial expressions.

Was a fan of both shows. Nothing like The Munsters vs. The Addams Family. There you had to choose a side.
For me it was The Addams Family
