Now THAT I do NOT understand. If you are a new Brewery, why the bloody hell do you have 20 different beers? Perfect 4 or 5 beers, then add on from there. Better to have 5 great beers, than 20 pisswater beers.See, I think of Lone Eagle as one of those "pretty" looking places that cost a lot to build but serving mediocre beer. They definitely make too many different kinds, practically every imaginable style. I only been there twice but with changing beers between those 2 visits there was over 20 different brews. I do not believe that a new start up can be good at that many beers. Try getting 2 or 3 or 4 down pat before experimenting
