Saw this thread resurface.... just wanted to also give a nod to Muscle Milk, especially if you are a Costco member. These cases are on sale quite frequently there and with a long expiration, so I have been buying them for a while now. Good taste; like to have one after the gym if I got hungry.

Check the nutrition labels on each product. Some have added sugars and fat.

Others I have tried were way too sweet.
