I thought Golesh might keep him. His defense played well despite no help from Freeze’s offense and poor qb choices.

I saw that not sure I believe it though. Leveraging PSU to get better deals for his clients sure, but shutting out PSU is only a disservice to a client who could be a potential candidate who wants to go there. I think it was Todd McShay who mentioned it.
Sexton orchestrating the polishing up and branding of his clients and making them look good through CGD and E30 I can believe because that's doing your clients a service but boxing out a school, I'm not so sure because that's doing your client a potential disservice.
CFB is pretty much the only sport I watch and am a junkie about lol. Other sports over the years have all fallen by the wayside.Watching Purdue RU mens hoops?
That’s true. There is a lot of luck involved with finding the right coach. So many are now looking at what has happened at IU and are going to try to duplicate it. It’s almost guaranteed that almost all will not get there with the next coach. Sometimes things all align and you catch lightening in a bottle. The ultimate coaching copycat tree is the NFL and rarely do those copycat hires work out.Kraft comes off looking like he’s bumbling but it doesn’t mean they can’t bumble and stumble their way into the right coach inspite of himself. Schiano was like the 4th choice when he was hired by Mulcahy. I’m pretty sure Carroll was like 4–5th choice for USC when they hired him. So we’ll see but it’s funny too watch play out lol.
Didn’t notice that but when you mention it I can see the resemblance lol.Shelby thought that was Chris Ash at first glance.
Klieman’s just 58, maybe needs a break before he comes back somewhere else, maybe the FCS. He had an emotional presser after one of the games this season.

USF is a good job in the G5 and Florida has talent. He can continue his WR recruiting there. They’re looking to support the program fully too.I thought Hartline would land a much bigger job than USF

20 games over .500 at KSU. 63 games over 500 at North Dakota State. Winning record in a competitive Big 12. This is a different universe. KSU isn't an easy place to win.Chris Klieman's current contract with Kansas State runs through 2032, with an annual salary of approximately $5.25 million.
Financial Implications of Retirement
- Buyout Clause: If Klieman were to leave voluntarily, he would owe the university around $6 million unless negotiated otherwise.
He had a great record at ND State, but not as good at K- State. Very honorable of him to retire because he is not performing to the standard set. More coaches should do that!!!

Finished in 2023 for only $32.5 million. In NJ, you cannot buy a porta John for $32.5 millionKSU's fieldhouse must be palatial.
Another one bites the dust lol
Daboll is the only other name I’ve seen tied to it. Nothing with regards to Campbell. After that, who the heck knows unless they end up keeping Smith.Penn State had better find a chair before the music stops.
