2nd try in the PAC12 for Baldwin. Wilcox hired him a handful of years ago. Wonder if there will be a difference working for an offensive HC vs a defensive one.

Good for colorado. Sanders is gonna kill it
he has the hype, now to see if he has the stuff good P-5 HCs are made of
I wouldn't bet against Deion succeeding in making the Buffaloes a good program .
From 1982 to 2006 they were a good program
Sanders might just have the coaching chops and recruiting ability to bring back Colorado
into being a respected program again.

Loses CUSA title game, then gets fired. He’s been a solid OC at times in his career. He worked with Dykes at AZ and Wilson at IU and Leach early in his career.

Yes please. @tico brown -a Mike Leach disciple.

He was co-OC at Indiana with Kevin Johns under Kevin Wilson 2012-13, and Indiana had the #2 B1G offense both years.
In 2014-15 he was assistant head coach for offense at UNC, and they had some solid offenses (#2 in 2015).

In his second year at North Texas, the offense went from last to second in C-USA, and stayed in the top 3 (top 4 for one year) since then. Looks like they had bad defenses. Would an Okie from Muskogee (he's from Muskogee) want to come to New Brunwick, NJ?

He was one of the names I mentioned when we hired GS but his star has tarnished some since then but he’s been a solid OC at AZ, IU and UNC.

I wonder if he might reconnect with Dykes as analyst or something on his staff.

Hope not. Dykes has Garrett Riley who has been with him since 2020 and he was "a QB" at Texas Tech during Leach's last two years there. Who knows if he would want to go East. He went to NC and Indianapolis.

I posted the tweet and my reply in the OC Wish List thread in case Greg and his staff are reading it. 😂

Well it wouldn’t be as OC, more likely as analyst. Like Patterson at Texas now or the Saban halfway house, until he figures out what to do.

That's an unexpected move but he was on the hot seat earlier in the year, until he got himself off it with a few wins. I suppose a fresh start is not a bad idea but wonder if Louisville looks to Brohm again.

edit: Only had 2 years left on the deal, good for them to not automatically extend for no reason. UCLA did the same for Kelly when he was on the end of his contract and hadn't done anything to deserve an extension. I see it happen in the FCS or lower FBS as well. Just let the contract run, no need to extend for recruiting or whatever notion people have, especially now with the portal and the ability to remake a team.

Light Twitter chatter to hire Brohm at Louisville.

Have to agree. After a down year 2 and 3, Brohm is getting it done. Winning record overall and in conference. Maybe if he yells too loudly at Brian, Rutgers could hire his brother as OC?

Bit late here but I just saw Bob Bostad is new OL coach at Indiana ... That would've been a great OL coach hire for Schiano (of course, I get it that he couldn't because ... Well no OC yet)

Solid hire for Golesh, Orlando has been an up and down DC but I suppose you could say that for a lot of coaches.

Also Decker to ODU is official now

Like this hire for Deion if it comes to fruition, he’s a Briles system guy.

IIRC Lewis makes 400K as Kent St HC
