I agree! This team has been more athletic than any team we’ve played this year, but that alone does not win games. I’d like Cal to bring in some sharp shooters. I don’t care to lose, but losing because we can’t score drives me crazy.
Trow the ball in the post and threaten death for those that make passes like Diallo did tonight and dismemberment for bad shot selection. Our defense has improved in the half court, just lost on O.
Your right, this team’s post up game is non existent. This was the perfect game for muddying up the water down low.
Move when they don't have the ball would help. Your not gonna score standing around.
This team needs to share the ball more, BUT, it's the worst passing team cal has had. Our PG's are not even good at setting others up for shots and our other players are bad passers for the most part.
This team has the lowest basketball IQ of any of Cal's previous teams. It kills any momentum and makes it difficult to win close ones.
If we don't start making WIDE OPEN shots, it won't matter how much better our defense is.

They played just about as well as they can play and it wasn't good enough to get the win.I cam't fault their hustle and effort.They are what they are,if they play hard and get beat so be it, just give the effort
Sorry just had to do it couldn't help myself,knew where you were coming from.
My problem with this team is that we do have players that can shoot and there has been games we have been hot shooting and even hitting 3 point shots. When playing vs. WVU in 2nd half everyone was talking about we were our passes were crisp and SGA was getting it to the open man and we were knocking down shots. We have been to inconsistent because Coach Cal's teams in the past once the team got the Defense down and we were playing great 'D' like last couple of games our offense was even better. We have to start knocking down the shots, having the pg make the assists, and we have to become consistent. We have to go to TA&M and Auburn and pull upsets in both that will then shut up the so called fans and Trolls on here that love to come out when UK loses. It will be interesting to see how we respond in our next 2 games with Texas A&M and Auburn. The 2-point loss to Florida and 2-point loss to UT here at Rupp is sickening because these games were right in our hands in both at Rupp. Just those 2 heartbreaking losses to UF and UT that should be Wins and UK is sitting at 19-5 and 8-3 SEC and probably close to the Top 10 in both rankings and RPI.
