In Ville Platte LA where I live...they cannot even keep Old Charter on the shelves bc it sells out so quickly. The 10 year isn’t bad at all. Also, Old Charter is way better than the Evan Williams green and black labels I drank in Starkville.
Natty ice....I had it once, and that was enough. I promise that we're some whole grain and hops in the can.

Only whiskey with the Charter label is a “No Age”. It still has the number 8 on the bottle though.

Not so much gave up as much as product disappeared. Cost Cutter beer in the mid 80’s. We convinced ourselves that it could be Bud or Michelob. It was cheep by the case.
Speaking of Michelob, do they make the original short squatty bottle anymore?

I eat at a Peruvian restaurant from time to time.. I always get a Cusquena. It sure as hell looks like a Michelob. Tastes like it too, a crisp Bud without the headache. Damn fine beer.
