*****Ohio St vs Iowa Game Thread*****

[Hawk48]

And Iowa craps it's pants right out of the gate

[IowaCityLit]

Wow gonna get ugly quick boys.

it’s not just the offense. The D may be the worst in many many years

[Mitch122_rivals]

This game is over already. Just like 20 years ago.

[LetsGoHawks83]

Really bad play by Hank. Can't hold the ball that long against OSU. They are COMING.

Couldn't start any worse

One false start might torpedo the whole game.

[HawkBall23]

Doing your best @QChawks impression?

Not really.

You lose the turnover battle against a team like OSU and its almost a guaranteed loss. Especially when they recover and start the drive in the red zone.

[ottumwan in tx]

About the worst start we could possibly imagine.

Only thing worse would be them scoring two point.

[AFM22]

At least we can still brag about that game from 9 years ago, right?

[Phat Stax]

I've seen this game before. I think I'm gonna go mow the lawn.

[Whtnhawk]

And people say we don't beat ourselves......

[MFinn]

I'm going to do my best to remain positive.

[Hawksofly101789]

Holding!!!! Annnnnd CB tripped FML no pressure on Sayin sooo if it stays like that it’s gonna be a loooooong day.

[WigPen]

Shake it off and keep your head in the game fellas.

[ChicagoHawk2020]

One day we’ll have a coach who will join the 21st century and defer when winning the toss.

[PeteJox]

Welp about what i expected

[AFM22]

I guess but lotta people quitting on the team 2 min into the game.

[longliveCS40]

If Brown holds onto it that long it's going to be a long day.

[2D]

Always remember, when the lights are brightest, the Hawkeyes choke. A tale as old as time.

[ItsinourTNA]

Maybe next time we can start on defense

Yeesh

[IowaCityLit]

Similar to IU start last year. Can Iowa recover?

[Huskerboy40]

Back down to Earth with a THUD. No room for errors and they already dug a hole too deep . What a build up to.a completely dig **** performance

[MFinn]

One false start might torpedo the whole game.

I'd say the fumble and giving up an easy 6 caused more damage.

[Hawksfor3]

What was he doing there? Why hold so long?

Yeah, get it OOB. SMH.

[JerseyCityHawk]

Wow- poopy pants - they looked like **** and OSU **** on their heads - I hope this isn’t a whitewash for fooks sake

[Iowameat]

Have to answer on this series

[Opie Oids]

What a disastrous start

[ottumwan in tx]

Brian ferentz comes off the bench

[HawkBall23]

It is alright to not take the opening kickoff once in a very great while, as well, Kirk.

Not that you'll consider doing that, but thought I'd waste my time saying it.

[Manfredi]

At the risk of leaving guys open all over we have to do whatever it takes to put some pressure on Sayin

[Amahawk]

Helluva start for Iowa!

[preshlock]

pay back time

[RagnarLothbrok]

Brown has not been accurate so far.

[MFinn]

jfc. Not even close.

[RagnarLothbrok]

pay back time

For what?

[Doctor Hawktagonapus]

We can review penalties now?

[2D]

pay back time

Glad that slaughter almost 10 years ago is still rent free in your mind.

[LetsGoHawks83]

Going to be a long day, if they are stopping to review that...

[HawkBall23]

Not even CLOSE to being tipped

[IowaCityLit]

Brown has not been accurate so far.

But he played at Auburn and and and and
