Teams is getting better when PSUneeds fo resort to trick plays to move the ball
It's nuts that we (PSU) only run trick plays against inferior opponents (no disrespect to the game that you have played today). Trick plays against RU and GA State... none against OSU, MSU, or Iowa.

He's doing it with a 2 score lead and a more talented team. Easy to be gutsy in those situations.
More of the reason we should be doing that stuff. Have to play a David Strategy, go for it, take small edges, etc. when playing a Goliath. Just got stuffed on the fake punt, good call, bad result.

I agree but to me you have to pick your spots and where and when to take them. I don't endorse every time and every opportunity for risk taking is one that should be taken. It all depends, case by case basis even within the span of a game.
