Joe retired in 2015? 2005 they were a whisker from a NC so it must have been after that
With a QB that didn’t play until he was a senior…in today’s game he would have transferred before 2005.

Defense looks great, IMO. Some breakdowns but that’s to be expected. I think BIG teams are going to run at the young DEs opposite of DDS, though. And probably with success.

Offense has been absolutely dreadful. Drew is kind of who he is at this point in year 4. Inconsistent and somewhat of a head case. The WRs are better but not championship level, IMO. I think K and Co should focus on the run game as that’s our best chance of competing for the BIG.

I vividly recall that season as I was living at East View.

Even at the time, I was saying that team won *in spite* of the coaching, certainly not because of it.
