Haven’t been on here until now. Henderson is too quick to jack 3s especially when he is not hitting. One pass and jack.
Etou and Igbanu need to learn how to get the lean in to keep the defender off their shooting hand. Solomon is eating them alive down there.
Wheeler never ever has to bring the ball up the court...ever...never.
Has our zone switched to a 3-2 (I’ll even give a 1-2-2). Seems like the 3 guards are playing much higher to protect against the open 3s up top. Good ball movement and swing will get an open corner shot out of that though.
We’ve done a decent enough job finding the open man on offense but either not strong enough inside or just not hitting consistently enough.

Glad we could watch a replay of OSU’s 3 shot offensive possession in which they shoved Artison to get the rebound, rather than ya know watching the game that’s going on
2 more horrible ref calls, ball clearly off Solomon. Then, Solomon slid 6 feet on the ground while holding the ball, with no traveling call.
He was also over the line. Worst case should’ve been over and back.
Still TU hasn’t played well offensively this half.

I was more upset he slid 6-8 feet holding the ball with no travel call than I was on the OB call.
I thought OSU was playing. Why are we talking about TU? The pistols be firing, yo.
Disappointing. We had our chances to win this game but just made too many mistakes down the stretch. Game was closer than the final indicates... they just got hot at the end and we couldn’t get a stop.

That’s a game we could’ve one. OSU hits their last 4 3s & we throw up air balls. Really missed Jeffries tonight.
Or late night or early morning. I understand we also played a game at home at noon on a Friday this year, but when I look for the box score my Googles just gives me a picture of JP laughing.
So just bypassing all the HATE. Even though we lost we played really well against OSU. They got hot on their 3 ball late in the game. We were not sloppy like we normally are. I think we played better basketball then in previous games. I think we are ready for conference play. We could have won this game but I’m happy with the guys. Etou had a great game.
OSU may have a good year. This game doesn't frustrate me as much as the Lamar/Illinois St games. Split ISU and beat Lamar, we're 9-3. Pretty disappointing non-conference, besides Kansas State.
It’s not hate. Many of us just expect more from a former “Coach of the Year” award winner making more in salary than any hoops coach in Tulsa history.
We weren’t winning this. I was happy until about eight minutes to go. I like our players, but I don’t see a lot of positives about how we played when it mattered. We didn’t do much of anything that made things difficult on OSU. I’m worried about conference. We can’t afford to lose to SMU and Wichita State every year.
Game was actually closer than it should have been. We have some fight in us, but, osu really didn’t start playing until the 10 minute mark of the first half.
Small crowd. Big time opponent. Lost opportunity. JP is laughing.
I know... that makes it even more depressing.
And by comparison, our Softball coach a freaking bargain.
