He's gone to zone since the end of the bench came in.Cal has proven that he can win without one, but a little zone look every once in a while could help when a team is gashing us.
Idiot actually believed they could winBlow by handshake by Anderson.
That's a response I can live with. Very reasonable. We would all prefer to have a better back up to Bam, but he's a Wildcat, and he's ours. The kid is only 18, and he hustles his *** off.
OMG I just want the kid to be serviceable, where there isn't such a huge drop off when he's giving rest minutesThat's a response I can live with. Very reasonable.
It's the folks who try to make a case for him actually beIng a legitimate D1 basketball player that drive me nuts.
It will make me look smart when it happensU always do.
I'll say, 56 point second halfNice win. Mike Anderson was gonna make that ugly. He did. We adjusted well.
Mike Anderson is such a sore loser.
Sorry, I need a dictionary for "paragon". :flushed:OMG I just want the kid to be serviceable, where there isn't such a huge drop off when he's giving rest minutes
I don't think he's some paragon, at all - he's a four year guy who will be a good senior-leader when the time comes

Patiently waiting BevI'll say, 56 point second half
will have post game box score up shortly
I've disliked him since 2004.Can't believe I used to like Anderson.

The huge disappointment this season is that SKJ is a mop up guy. That was not expected. If SKJ was the player the gurus said he was, Hump would not be in this position.OMG I just want the kid to be serviceable, where there isn't such a huge drop off when he's giving rest minutes

yeah I'm a little surprised with SKJ - thinking there is something going on behind the scenes with him.The huge disappointment this season is that SKJ is a mop up guy. That was not expected. If SKJ was the player the gurus said he was, Hump would not be in this position.
As it stands, we have a huge liability when Bam goes out. And yes, we just have to live with it.
But next year will be interesting. No way Hump sees the floor. So where did we that leave SKJ?
I liked it better when you ignored me. Guess you couldn't resist. It helps to define terms. When I say "legit D1 ball player," I'm speaking of someone who possesses the athleticism, basketball IQ, and skills necessary to competively play at the D1 level. Are you seriously suggesting that Isaac Humphries shouldn't be playing D-1 basketball?
He has a PER of 20, and a box plus/minus of 9.6.
Last I checked, he played all of his games against other D-1 players.
I would say calling a 19 year old 7 footer with that kind of output a non-D1 player would define unreasonable.
