LMAO dude we are top 10 in D . Look it up. WE make young mistakes but can really D up . UNC is damn good on D as well just because someone scores 50 on you at half doesn;t mean you can't play D it means you are playing a great team.

Well UNC keeps taking it to the basket, Kentucky shooting a lot of jumpers.

Last time I checked we are 7th in defense on KenPom.

Our defense was awful against ucla. Awful.

It's been better today but nothing special. Especially as a unit.

It's too early for Kenpom. Use eyes.

It will adjust better after 3 or 4 games against good competition.

The Cats shot 53.7 percent in that half and 5 of 11 from the 3-point line. UNC is doing work at the FT line though (14 of 19).

People looking for this team to hold people to 40 pts a game are going to be dissappointed as we are too fast and have too many possessions to do that. But we are good on D as stats show we just need to clean up mistakes. for example UNC got only 1 open look from 3 all half . The few others they took were defended.
