I think we see Brown, Pat, Harris , Foster and Evans all return .

Dukes front court Brown, Pat, Cameron ,Khamenia.
Back court Foster, Cayden, Harris,Evans.

Need at least two more guards so Harris and Evans can slide to the three.
Lmfao. You think, or you just read everyone else’s info and pass it off as your own thoughts? #tryhard

shey just my opinion, but I would rather Duke go after a rim protector/lob threat Center. Mostly, because of Brown’s injury situation from this past season.

1s: Foster & Cayden
2s: Evans & Harris
3s: Khamenia/Evans/Harris
4s: Cameron/Brown/Khamenia
5s: Ngongba & Brown

I don't get the reference, haha
That was a dumb joke on my part. It's what she said after her rocket trip the other day. :) I agree that we need some insurance for Brown. He was out three times this year with injuries. I do wonder why we haven't heard from Cooper. I don't think he comes back, but there are advantages to him coming back, especially as he has a New Balance deal and would get Caitlin Clark levels of hype next year and could get multiple endorsement deals.

I was hoping NIL would keep Proctor as he is not a first round pick. But I understand he wants to get to the next level. Winning titles is hard; Coach K's run was historic only Wooden compares. This year was close, but a lot went right with our recruiting and transfers. I am glad Foster is back, but he needs to make a pretty big jump.

I just feel like the thing keeping us from titles is retaining those type of guys. This year was close, but a lot went right with our recruiting and transfers. I’m confident in C Fos. Not to beat the same horse, but Foster should have been given at least 10 minutes in the 2nd half over Proctor in the Houston game. Foster was aggressive in the 1st half and taking the fight to Houston and it just wasn’t Proctor’s night.

Duke’s Coaching Staff has forgotten more basketball than I’ll ever learn but imo they gave too much trust to Proctor and Gillis in the 2nd half against Houston.

Agreed. The disappointing thing about the Houston game is we had the depth but did not use it, especially in the second half. Sampson's plan was to wear us down and it worked. We still had a great year. Not sure about next year, a lot of roster is still not set. I'm too tired to speculate any more, I'll just see what happens. Foster is still very much a mixed bag; depends on what you focus on. Seems like a great kid so obviously rooting for him.

Come again ? I’ve said it before I thought that’s who we see back. I’m lost as to what you are getting at ? Are you stating I steal others info ? I mean literally there are seven other post with almost the same assumption. I’ve never said to be an insider or anything else but a poster on a message board .

But that’s going to be hard. I would like a third true center as well but I mean if you can’t retain a walk on for a third string. Finding one in the portal who can handle spot/injury minutes is going to be hard .

I believe Jon and the coaching staff recognized the shortcomings of this season. Yes, Cooper was the 1# recruit, but Kon, Mal, Brown, Proctor and at times Evans made life much easier for Duke. How do you repeat that same success? Can you? Who can be replaced?

No honor amongst thieves - five stars expect to start, get paid loads of money and then leave after 9 months to be drafted. When Danny brought in the kid from UGA the starting becomes a question. Both sides - coaches and players - share responsibility. They both complain about getting undercut but both are willing to do the undercutting if it benefits them.

I do wonder how all this changes recruiting. You now have 3 high level decommits in the last two weeks - lots of money, time and expectations lit on fire late in the game
