Never thought you weren’t a UK FAN, personally. Perhaps you’re just more cynical than most, and there is nothing wrong with that.

We do need the talent, and freshman impact players (like Wall and AD) DO trump experience. However I do agree the experience is necessary to balance things. Our talent this year is quite good...and given a couple of years they could be near unstoppable. But this IS a year where we do need that experience because none of these guys, at this time, have shown to have enough talent to be true impact players.

I like Cal’s philosophy about players first, overall. If either of my sons had that kind of talent I would want that for them. But, unfortunately, it can also bite him in the butt.
This team will learn. It might get really ugly before it gets better, but they’ll learn.

I think Cal's philosophy is to show parents that he is not just going to use the player for his own selfish purposes, but, will treat them like he would his own kid.

I know we, as fans, only care about wins and titles, which is what are supposed to do. But we tend to forget at times that this means these kids’ lives and future

Its not about being a cynic, its about the one and done environment shifting underneath Cal's feet.

to be cliche', we were a revolution, but now we are in need of evolution.

We talk about this being a process but we have to understand what makes the process successful.
