Well said. I’ve been critical of Miles, but I like the guy. Had he gone from CSU to a different P5 program, he likely would have succeeded. This is a tough place to win.

I’ve for years wanted a recognizable named coach who would be known nationwide to come here, because this program, that has never done anything, needs that to get off the ground, IMO. I hope that happens tomorrow.
I think you are spot on. Nebraska has a tough place to win. But a big hire might be all that it takes, instead of waiting around for a BD or TO for the basketball program. We've got the funds, support and arena to do this now.

It looked like a flop live too.
Not sure if the TCU kid flopped or not, but seemed like an overreaction by the officials. Either a common foul or flagrant 1 would already put Roby out of the game, so calling it a flagrant 2 and having him frog-marched to the locker room was a bit excessive.

So, Brad Davison can blatantly punch a player in the nuts and that's a flagrant 1, but what Roby did was a flagrant 2? Okay, good to know.

I didn't watch the game, but if a player actually did what you said that's a automatic ejection for throwing a punch

Wisconsin vs Marquette. Flagrant 1, and not even a suggestion that Davison should be ejected or suspended. Because, you know, he’s everybody’s favorite Eddie Floorburn.

The kid layed on Roby and got exactly the reaction he hoped for. Not a smart play by Roby, but the kid flew backward like Suh had given him a full speed hit. Absolutely an acting job. The flagrant 2 was BS. It should have probably just been a common foul if anything.
