These refs are terrible. Roby gets tackled on a loose ball and nothing. Leads to him throwing the guy off him.
Seriously, are there any good refs left? It’s a hard job, but not nearly as hard as 95 percent of them make it.

Don't be such a homer. That was a terrible play by Roby. The other guy is going for the ball. That's incidental contact which most people hate being called as fouls (now that's something to complain to the refs about). Intentionally throwing someone to the ground is not a basketball play and stupid and deserving of the flagrant 2. I know he's frustrated at the way he's playing, but that's just stupid. You can't help your team in the locker room and spotting the opposition 5 points.

You are correct. I’d still like to see Tanner suplex him.

Respectfully disagree. The tcu player put his shoulder into roby, drive him into the ground , then jumped on him. That IS NOT a basketball play, ever.

Yeah, I get why Roby is angry. Trust me! That was a physical play, but if you watch it, the TCU player is going for the ball. He is being physical for sure, but in the context of basketball. Roby has every right to get physical back, but not like that. He needs to do it in the context of basketball. A good hard screen, a good body check on the ball, etc.

If Roby wasn’t frustrated with his own play, he just rolls away, gets up and goes about his business. But a frurated Roby gets pissed and takes it to a different level. Easy call, if you watch it objectively. Just my thoughts

TCU has obvious talent but lack of hustle on defense must drive their coach crazy.

Roby must be one strong mfer if he can intentionally throw someone to the ground while the guy is laying on top of him.

TCU's floor is painful to look at. Just plain ugly. I guess that's supposed to be a frog's scales. As if I really want to see a frog's scales while watching basketball. Just plain ugly!

Second only to Oregon's floor which looks like someone puked on it.

Roby played 16 minutes and had 5 fouls. That has to be a record, right? Just over 3 minutes/foul, that’s incredible. Even for Roby standards.

Great effort down the stretch by the guys, they didn't quit when they had every reason to do so.

I'm bummed for Tim and the players who bought into him. As an athlete, seeing a coach get fired that you enjoyed sucks. That said—time to move on. Unfortunately, he couldn't innovate enough offensively to win consistently at the highest D1 level (at least at NU).

Best of luck Coach Miles, I know you'll have success elsewhere!

Well said. I’ve been critical of Miles, but I like the guy. Had he gone from CSU to a different P5 program, he likely would have succeeded. This is a tough place to win.

I’ve for years wanted a recognizable named coach who would be known nationwide to come here, because this program, that has never done anything, needs that to get off the ground, IMO. I hope that happens tomorrow.
