I like the way our players expressed their collective feelings about who our AD hired for our new Head Coach. I cannot remember the last time the athletic Director was given a ride on the shoulders of the football players at any program after the new HC was introduced.

I hope we can all get behind this guy. Lebby has a personality that seems easy to like. I hope he can coach as good as I think he can, because if he can, we should be very happy.

Agree. I feel like the AD should address that right off the bat to keep the poor guy from looking like a moron when he hits the ground. Should be on our new coaching hire checklist. Cowbell Training. Cannot hold a cowbell in public until you pass.

The first thing that caught my attention was how he and his family was overwhelmed by the welcome.
The second thing was how humble and appreciative he was and how it seemed like he was genuinely excited to be the next head coach of the HailState football team.
