You're right. You just happen to be one of the few people who continually promotes it every chance you get.

Lmao

That’s the first time I commented on it as a possibility. Get your facts straight. Your like a bull in China shop attack fans.

On ESPN 680 in Louisville that he has heard it was similar to Turf Toe and that when it happens to football players it takes 4 weeks to get better. He doesn’t know for sure but he hopes Cal isn’t getting our hopes up

COME ON MIKE!!:weary::mad:
Which is all the more reason to believe he kicked a wall

Look on my post on page 1, there are 3 types of turf toe. The second one is what we hope for as it takes only 2 weeks to get back to playing. That would put us close to the window of PJ playing imo.

PJ's cast didn't even cover his toe so I don't see how it could be turf toe. He had a sock covering his toes which means they weren't immobilized. I forgot how to post a picture but just google it and you'll see what I think I'm seeing.

There are parts of our fan base that won't let up until everything is perfect. Even then, we dissect the smallest things and look for potential gaps that would exploit any positive occurrence.

Worrying is a main theme in BBN. I remember when members of the Kentucky media said that "worrying" was the main fan outlook in 2015 when UK was still undefeated. Pitino used to mock our fans for over-analyzing everything. Hall's title team never was able to experience any fun due to the mammoth sized fan expectations.

It gets old sometimes.
This type thing happens when we allow our self worth to be affected by something we can't control.

If he doesnt play after all of that........... ........and we lose.... oooooooo boy we're gonna need some bunkers to hide from the war zone...
Don't know if we're an exception, but losing is not something some fans can handle in a civil way. We tend to look for reasons why we lost, in lieu of accepting we lost. All the blaming and excuses, has and will never result in a rematch. We lose, we lose.JMO

My apologies.

It's been hard to keep up with all the half-baked statements you've made over the last month or so.

If I get a couple of them wrong, you'll have to forgive me.
You do really let message board posters get to you. That's weird, man. It's a message board for goodness sakes.

I actually do agree w/ your post above about how the worrying can get old. I'm a worry-wart by nature, and it certainly transfers over to UK b-ball. But who cares? It's a message board. Absent of being disrespectful or derogatory to players/coaches, nothing on here gets to me. Even the incessant Pollyannas.

Agree. Cal and PJ wouldn't just troll millions of UK fans like that. Nothing in the past has led me to believe that they would do such a thing.
What the heck does "uh oh" mean???? Throw us a bone, Cal! I've gone through several books on codes and cryptography...still no clue.

Guys this is really simple. If PJ takes the floor, he is playing. If coach doesn’t put him in, he is not playing. No misteries. No contradictions.

Also Mike Pratt is 70 years old. If he wants to have mashed potatoes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, why not? That’s my retirement plan, assuming I ever get to retire.

That’s why I am so upset that Mike Pratt would say this since he is inside the program and should know what is going on.

Why would he piss on our parade?

It is a common thing for everybody and his uncle to piss on our parade.

John Calipari made a surprise appearance this afternoon on The Jim Rome Show. Speaking for the first time since P.J. Washington published a video of himself walking without a cast, Calipari said he still does not know Washington’s status this weekend.

“Don’t know. He didn’t practice today, but he’s out of the cast,” Calipari said. “He’s moving around, but will he play? It’s day to day. I’m hoping that he gets some time so we see where he is.”

It sounds pretty clear to me combined with the video that it's a good "uh oh" like "uh oh, look who's back!".

Then again, I'm an optimist so my bias creeps in.

He is walking so as long as there are no set backs we likely are on track see PJ play this weekend.

Maybe they can custom mold some sort of protective insert since someone is bound to "accidentally" test that foot for him with a good stomp or two.
