Since a game is not scheduled, at 3:30 p.m., do a one hour re-enactment of the Princeton/Rutgers game at High Point, show a condensed version of the Rutgers-Louisville 2006 game on the Big Screen and cap the event off with fireworks.

That’s funny, plan our own event?
Curling maybe
No, they'll set up an information booth at the First Game Statue, followed by an alumni meet & greet at the new Rutgers Club and a tour of Winants Hall. Standard RU ******** event.

And to think, we all had ESPN College Game Day penciled in for dear old Rutgers on the 150th anniversary. Even ESPN couldn't botch that one. Only Rutgers could.

:scream: that's very lame, so Rutgers may do it.

That is the weekend college football will be at its apex for the 150th anniversary of the first college football game between Rutgers and Princeton. Princeton will celebrate with a game Dartmouth at Yankee Stadium. Meanwhile, Rutgers has a BYE WEEK, really? Either Rutgers is asleep at the wheel, or the B1G really hates us.
Doug my friend. The B1G is really being kind to RU. They don't want us to have a LOSS on that Historic Day.

This is a complete clusterf&$k! How is it possible we blew this? Someone needs to pay here. Most of the idiots on this board could have figured out we needed to play a home game that day and have a weekend of events planned.

Indiana has us scheduled as their homecoming game next year. Might be tough to do.

Michigan makes a ton of sense.

Obviously flip the game to Home for us as someone earlier mentioned. We would go to Michigan in 2020 and 2021

BOTH are a strong possibility.

We have a friend who worked in Human Resources at some Corporate companies, left to have her baby and raise her for a couple years. Decided to get back into the work force and got a job at Rutgers Human Resource department. She left after 6 months and said it was the most dysfunctional place she's ever worked at. She's back in the Corporate world.

Yeah, I know a long-term CFO at a nonprofit who went to the Finance Department at Rutgers for better benefits and a retirement package, Was back at their former employer within six months as well. Same stories of incompetence and dysfunction.

Right?

Wrestling against Lehigh on Friday night at the RAC.

Doubleheader Men's and Women's Basketball against Princeton on Sunday.

RU vs. Army or Navy on 11/9

Plan this far ahead enough in advance and you can't go wrong.

I could even get my wife to sign up for a weekend in NB with that schedule.

We now know this is not true. Ash had a clue about it. He just doesn’t think it’s very important to, or that it resonates much with, recruits or current players.

FIFY...though I know it doesn't fit your agenda as much to be accurate in your comments.
