Always wondered bout people who join a fan site to whine, all the nancy's joined in late sept or Oct of this yr. Serious infiltration to lessen the quality of this board. Rupp Rafters is the most viewed, followed, and visited college basketball message board on the net. Those of us that have been here for years always see this, fake fans whining and complaining when called out. Fact is we still won despite 19 made 3's against us. VMI was moving the ball very well, Bubba had a career night and we still won!!!

Where is the chemistry and fight and leader on this team... We had a legitimate chance of losing this game. Also we broke the record of most 3 pointers made at Rupp ever...

Not sure why you think this. I think these kids like each other and I see chemistry. They are lost on defense, they are thinking way too much on offense. Hopefully these things will be fixed over time.

strawman argument. I never killed anyone but I'm pretty sure its a bad thing to do. Cal has had teams come out from the gun and be world beaters. These guys ain't it...yet. Maybe they'll get there, maybe they won't. Us bitching about it won't change a damn thing. Every one of you cryin' about Cal now, will really be cryin' when he's gone.

Really wasn't trying to make a strawman argument. Just basically stating that it takes time, much more than a month or so, to create a team like many on this board seem to think (if indeed they're real UK fans). Learn how to play together, etc. Maybe they won't 'get it' till March..maybe not then. Just that some on here think we should come out of the box a well oiled machine and it ain't gonna happen 99% of the time. Do I get frustrated with games where a big underdog makes it a game? By bad defense? Bad shooting? Miscommunications? Yes...but I try to keep in perspective that we're very young (once again) and it doesn't come easy.

Cal may not have an offensive scheme (As some state), he may not recruit well, (As some state), BUT, he can handle the defense. No worries about the defense come tourny time. Geez why does he even still have his job? He can't do anything correctly....Far Cal...

So new members aren't allowed to join? I have been nothing but positive to our football side for building each year on this board... Just because I've been criticial about our basketball team means I'm fed up?. I think majority of our fans are ready to start building a team. I've never stated to Fire Cal etc.. Maybe you guys took me the wrong way. But I try to go to as many games as I can and love my Cats. I do however find it "odd" you can't be criticial of a team and as many on this post said, "Think positive we beat a Military school that shot unbalanced threes"... Still trying to understand the unbalanced threes aspect and not being able to defend an easy offense in which thats all they had.

If you had any experience on this board, which you don't, you would understand my comment. You have been here for less than 2 months and think everyone is out to get you and everything is about you.

75% of the crap you just said has absolutely nothing to do with my post lol. The only thing you said that does is incorrect anyways. YOU are the one who said you were "fed up". Look, VMI is not in any conversation anywhere except on this board, and among their twelve or so fans. It was another UK embarrassment at home by a team who should have lost by 50 to the Cats. Cal has a problem. This not one of those teams he gets and whips into shape by teaching them the value of defense and sharing the ball. This is all about their heads.

Duke sucked the soul out of these kids. National TV, close to home game, and beaten like they were the Washington Generals. Each and everyone of these kids learned they were not as good as they have always been told, and they weren't even on the same level as the kids who chose Duke. They were all Big Fish in their little ponds, who ran into a Megalodon in a televised ***-whipping. They have no ego now, and they are going to lose more than a few.
