Again, I ask, how is that working out? He is now in the transfer trying to fill holes, because he can not get the recruits any longer. The only line UK has to walk about race relations is due to a lie and false narrative that come from 1966. UK, an all white team, beat Duke,an all white team, in the semis, then lost to an all black team, would Duke have suffered the same lie and false narrative had they beat UK, and lost to Texas Western? I say not, because Rupp was hated by the media, and they took advantage and spread lies.
Working out great if it pisses you off. Anything that pisses you off is a positive as far as I am concerned.

I don't care how he leaves. I was responding to a lie,and you doubled down on that lie. I have never posted I wanted Cal fired, because it can't be done at this point. But, yes, i want him gone ASAP. I have not made a secret of that, but when lies get told about what I say, expect blowback, so don't get your panties in a wad, when I come back at you.

Lol, nutso...can't make this stuff up.

KyFaninNC was one of the ones obsessed with the kneeling. I get it, but that was a few months ago and at this point, no one wants to really talk about it any longer. The season then tanked, and I think he thought that with the combination of the tanking plus the kneeling, he'd have many more people on his side demanding Cal leave by any means necessary. We'll see what happens next season, but me thinks KyFaninNC is going to be sounding like an angry, bitter fan for the next several months. Again, I get some of the frustration, but that dude just wants to crap on everything during this offseason.

Allow Cal to try to right the ship. Who knows? Maybe we'll be pretty solid next season. I know a few here don't even want to entertain that thought though.

What do you offer exactly? Doe eyed and inflated optimism (unwarranted).

You’re not nearly as smart or clever as you think you are man. At all.

But you’ll still be here, ragging on majority of the fan base next year when they’re upset (warranted) after going 17-13. “LoOk hoW muCh wE imProvEd froM 9-16 gUyS!

You know how Cal likes to refer to “demonstrated performance”? Unless coach DEMONSTRATES at least two years in a row of returning players, there is no hope for developed glue players, long term growth and fielding a competitive team year after year.

All this talk about next year’s roster is just Hopium until he demonstrates that he is willing to make fundamental recruiting strategy changes IMHO.

100% spot on. This year was suppose to be the year Cal was changing. All these guys would come back. Cal is a salesman and too many on this board is buying, but many others are waking up.

What the hell is the difference between wanting someone gone and wanting them fired? Please explain.

There’s a huge difference. Man, this has been explained a plethora of times. I’ve seen it and so have you dude.

Majority of fans no longer support John Calipari or his model. But most realize he can NOT be fired due to his absurd and ridiculous buyout.

So, no. I would shed no tears and not be the least bit upset if he were to willingly leave. But, as previously mentioned, we mostly understand he can’t be fired the way his contract currently is.

No coach is perfect. But when the bad starts to even out or outweigh the good. Pointing out the good and bad, what's wrong with it? Cal did a great job bringing our program back up, recruiting, representing a place like this, etc. Now his way has fizzled out. He is literally playing players because of their 5 star status instead of making them earn their spot. He never has the experience needed to make a serious run. His offense is stagnet compared to so many others we see. In your face and help defense is not as good as a lot of teams we see.

What is the deal to be OK with all of this? Cal needs to change, now. Comparing us to other programs by the numbers, well, we are Kentucky. We aren't Duke, North Carolina or Kansas. We are Kentucky and no need to apologize for that and say that we are right there with others. It should be about winning the championship and everything else a distant second.

Wow. We don’t need fair weather fans like you. Take your sorry *** attitude to some other fan base.

Ok, buddy...I have nothing to dispute. You are just splitting hairs, twisting words, etc. You want him gone...that is all there is to it.
Yes I do and I am man enough and honest enough to state my feelings and stand by them. If you don’t know the difference in being fired or resigning, that’s on you. Not my job to educate you people. Use your damn brain and a small quantity of common sense.

Remember during the season all the pumpers yelling “you said you want a bunch of returners, this is the type of season we have to suffer through to get there because these are multi year guys!”

fast forward to April - we lose FIVE freshmen. LOL

I’d be willing to listen to what they’d have to say.

Kb would call you a hillbilly who hates equal rights for black people. Haggin would actually give a decent response. Oboro would just call you a moron or idiot. Md would italicize a big word meaning idiot and write 3 paragraphs about something he could say in a few sentences.

I'm not a pumper I just crush a lot.

I am not exactly sure what the question is? My whole feeling about the program is I am giving Cal this season to show major improvements...I mean for me anything short of an EE or FF level team and I am off the ship.

That said, I won't spend countless hours of my week and life bashing him...it just isn't worth it...but I will have lost faith in him...that just hasn't happened yet for me.

To me this past year he was off his game, we missed on recruits and the players overall were just meh. I do put some of this on covid as I think it impacted a Cal and K type of system moreso than others....not an excuse, it is their system, but jmho.

As for the guys who left...so far no major surprises. I think we all kind of thought the 3 were gone for sure (Jackson still up in air I guess), Fletcher was done in December, and I think it was mutual with UK and Askew.

It sucks but with this new transfer deal I don't know that we will ever see 4 year guys regularly again (on good teams). Why would someone ride the pine when they could go somewhere else?

CBB is a big mess. Hoping Cal can figure it out. If he cannot I will still support UK and watch games but will have lost my faith in Cal to do the job.

😂

Accurate.

Funnily enough, guys like KB have severe internalized racism which they project on others. Severe.

Come on my friend. You literally bump the thread about wanting Cal outta here multiple times per day.

This is the layup of all layup's. It is fine if you want Cal out. To each their own. It isn't happening though...at least not this year. We should all hope he turns it around so we are good again and not the sh*t show from last season.

"And yet you support the coach and the players for kneeling and disrespecting the flag and our military.

I posted on here right after they kneeled that I would not watch another game they played and I wanted them all gone, players and coaches.

Enlighten us on what your thought was on the kneeling. You blindly support the program, right? Then you support the kneeling."
Great post Haggin. You are exactly correct. You called him out and had facts to prove your point. That is something he can't handle.

How about the OP and the actual question , who do we actually have ? I have no clue , losing interest fast . When will Mintz decide something ? I like him bunches but not convinced Cal will play him at the PG . Where he needs to be ( see stats last 2-3 games )
