I do know that I later posted that they appeared to have merit, both in the reporting on what they were based upon and the fact that the investigation itself was a continuation of an investigation from Old Joe's administration.

That said, my initial skepticism was absolutely proven wrong (and I don't deny that, because I was pretty sure it was wrong well before the guilty plea).
