I posted the results of the DHS ESTIMATES not as a fact, but as an ESTIMATE that was on its face absurd. BUT PUBLISHED !

The Fact that 100 % of ALL illegals are guilty of a crime, if NOT claiming asylum is correct. (IF those immigrants follow the LAWS assigned for claiming asylum !)

I am of the thought that Illegals OR legal citizens should NOT be extradited IF they have committed an egregious crime in the USA.
If the egregious crime has an out of the USA CONVICTION OR INDITEMENT the persons should be extrdited to the Country where the act was adjudicated or sent for trial there.

I also believe that criminals incarcerated in US prisons have the right for protection from other inmates criminal acts in prisons.

The prison sentence given after conviction is SUPPOSED to be the preventative act, not the threat of sexual attacks or other injuries from other inmates !

Increase prison staffing or provide safe areas for those incarcerated.

I have a friend that served over 7 years in Federal pens. He was never assaulted by any inmate for sex or other acts. Of course he was good at hoops and was a early chosen pick-up player, and also was a primary helper for inmates to get their GED inside !
