Harry Reid was a crook and influence peddler in Nevada.
A political contribution I made as a favor to the Reid re-election campaign was the reason I testified under grant of immunity to a Federal Grand Jury investigating his family.
My friend had some empty land on the strip that he wanted to develop into a hotel / casino.
Harry's Son was the Head of the Nevada Gambling Commission. It was though that one hand washes the other in Nevada.
The Grand Jury investigation scared my friend off and he sold the land at a profit.
Never heard another peep from the Grand Jury or any Fed.
How many families, both Dems and Reps can we name that enriched the family ?
Most Dems got rich, most Reps got richer.

My two BIL's are in their early 90's and are in various stages of dementia or alzheimers.
