The complete historical ignorance disqualifies these RW fools from posting. Yes, from the beginning of our country until passage of the 14th anyone could randomly show-up have a baby and the baby was a citizen. The parents weren't here illegally, all they needed was passage on a ship. No Immigration and Naturalization, no quotas, all that came later.
