So OWS resulted in deaths, turbo cancers, and strokes? And you guys still have unending support for the leader that fast tracked OWS? He’s right, he could shoot someone and you guys wouldn’t care.

That's absolutely the right decision. The ballot measure wording was a joke, and Dems failed to comply with the requirements of the VA Constitution in administering this referendum.
Rs will likely lose a seat in southeastern VA (highly competitive most of the time, flipped R in 2022), but that's a lot different than a 4 seat Dem gain.

Have to give kudos to the GOP for once. They appeared to botch 4 seats by spending little money on the referendum while the Dems sunk 60M or so. All along, it appears they were ready to challenge its legal basis and let the Dems blow good money. The best part is the ruthlessness of Dems (its not wrong IMO) was on full display and now Rs can and will demand the same from their R controlled states.
