You need to go back to the hospital where people are trained to help you. Pick up the phone now and call 911 or go calmly ask your family to take you to university hospital. Do this now.
My brother is on his way to pick me up. He is going to watch over me until Monday and take me to see my psychiatrist. He is going to take the next couple of days off to watch me.

I will not pretend I know what you’re going through but I have battled anxiety my entire life and it only got better once I had so many things to keep busy doing I no longer had time to worry. If you ever need someone to speak to, private message me and I’ll give you my cell number. May god bless you, card fan.Hey guys just got out of the hospital. I'm back home. Cardfan, I hope you're doing better. A couple of things that I have found helped me in down times. . .
1. Go for a walk or jog every day
2. Invest in a hobby
3. Make a list of what you're thankful for everyday
4. Read the Bible
5. Do not associate or listen to negative voices in your life (or head)
6. Get a sketch pad and draw/doodle
7. Do NOT watch the news
8. Tell someone you love them everyday
9. Do not keep your feelings bottled up, talk to someone you can trust
10. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables

Go outside and focus on physical activity. Go to the park and walk or jog. Anything to get under the sun and get the dopamine flowing. The release of endorphins in exercise can really help with depression along, with Vitamin D you’ll get from the sun.Yes I am doing better than what I was before I went to hospital. I suffer from schizophrenia, major depression disorder, anxiety and PTSD. Also have other medical conditions. Wed of last week I was drinking really heavily and tried to take my own life. Lots of sleeping pills as well as other medications.
Reason I quoted your message was you said to invest in a hobby. I am a hardcore gamer and for the last couple months I have lost interest in playing. Think because of depression. I try to force myself to play at times and my anxiety will shoot up really bad. Some of my friends get mad because I don't play as much. I have actually lost a few friends due to this. Any suggestions?

I swear you sound just like my brother. He self medicated with drinking and lost interest in almost everything- except his ex-wife who wanted nothing to do with him.
I gather you game online, probably COD, Fornite or another multi-player shooter? Try a single player game you can dive into. Something like Zelda, Red Dead Redemption, Animal Crossings or Assassin's Creed. Or try the countless puzzle games available on your iOS or Android.
Also, when you get frustrated while gaming, try some of those other things out. Go for a walk, sketch or start a journal. Then return to the game when your head is clear.
Yeah used to play a lot of online gaming COD, Forza, Fortnite etc. Mostly shooters and racing games online. I have been limited lately with what I can play. I have to play smaller games now. Used to also love to play games like Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption and GTA V. Haven't been able to play them I don't know why, but my anxiety just gets real bad when I even think about playing them. Almost like I feel overwhelmed by them.

P.S. If you lost a few friends because you don’t play video games as much anymore, they were never really a true friend in the first place. F*** em.
Try some old mindless arcade games that take very little thought, but instead require instinct and reflexes. Games like Pac-Man, Centipede, Missile Command, Space Invaders, Super Mario Brothers, etc. can really keep your mind off things for long periods of time.
