B1G defies some pretty long odds after the first couple days to once again be the first power conference eliminated, despite getting gifted 50% more bids than any other.

What’s sad, Purdue had the best shot to make it. Other wise it was more surprising that no one made the elite 8 last year when they had 4 teams in the top 10 to start the tournament…This year the conference didn’t have any elite teams..
The problem with Purdue, IMO, was that they seemed to struggle on D this year. Specifically, closing out on shooters. Something we struggled with.
They missed a ton of chippy’s around the basket tonight they normally beat teams with.

The Big Ten has always been a good conference obviously. But I do admit that I don't trust their administrations farther than I can throw them. I think there's a concerted effort to make the teams all suck. Like I couldn't even name 3 coaches anymore.
