That's actually what I see happening with the possibility of Diallo coming back. I just feel Diallo hurt himself more this year by showing his glaring weaknesses.
I'm not sure he really figured it out. Sure he had a nice game against Buffalo, as he should, but he kinda crapped the bed against K-State don't ya think? A whole 2 points with 5 fouls. He should've done the same thing against K-State as he did against Buffalo. It's not like K-State is all that talented. He won't make a second contract if he leaves after this year. Mark it down.I agree. Diallo finally figured it out at the end. A deeper run would have really showcased him and probably been an easy decision. Instead he sprains his ankle in a foul fest.
I still think it's more likely than not he goes. Just not the lock it was moving towards
Suns are supposedly trying to figure out how to get Knox and SGA.Has Knox and Alexander going #10 and #11, Diallo barley making 1st round at #29. It projects nobody else on UK going in 1st 2 rounds. What do you think about that scenario of losing Knox, Alexander and Diallo and getting everyone else back?
A whole season of the Diallo from the Buffalo game would be a top 10 pick. Maybe higher.

I would be in blue heaven...
Booker, Knox, SGA
Knight at. backup..,
Oops, Ulis would be let go...
He maybe chopped anyway. Interim coach really gave him a chance at starting and Tyler choked it. Very sad
Booker has improved so muchThe 1980's Suns team thinks this would be one of the worst defensive teams ever. They would give up 120 ppg.
I would say yes since there were ZERO sightings of him on the bench after the announcement of his suspension. Not draft related but is Tai already gone (permanently)?
IMO he really on thrived against lower scale teams. When it came to SEC he was a no show majority of games.I agree with Aike. For me the Buffalo Diallo seems to be an anomaly. Where was that Diallo in any other games this past season....certainly could have used it in the KSU game. Sadly he didnt show. I've been a Diallo unbeliever. After KSU I am back to Diallo agnostic.

If Diallo announces he’s entering the draft doesn’t he have to go. A player can declare once to test waters but the 2nd time they must enter.
He turned his ankle early in the KSU game on a rebound. Hindered his effectiveness
Might be true but the NBA is much more intrigued with his upside offensively because he is 6’9 and can score in so many ways. The defense can come later. If they draft Knox they will go back to sucking on defense. Sorry but the kid does not play defense. Needs to come back and learn more. BUT like you say if he is that high BYE
Diallo was on the bad end of a couple questionable calls that put him on the bench.
Oh.... they still suck...just that they ARE improvingIf they draft Knox they will go back to sucking on defense. Sorry but the kid does not play defense. Needs to come back and learn more. BUT like you say if he is that high BYE

NBADraft.net is still a joke.Has Knox and Alexander going #10 and #11, Diallo barley making 1st round at #29. It projects nobody else on UK going in 1st 2 rounds. What do you think about that scenario of losing Knox, Alexander and Diallo and getting everyone else back?
I would believe that if he didn't have 10 other games identical to the one against K-State. After so long it becomes the norm. I think he could be really good next year for us if he decides to use his athletic ability and drive to the rim. But in order to do that, he has to improve his jumpshot from the outside to open up driving lanes. He turned his ankle early in the KSU game on a rebound. Hindered his effectiveness
