I.G. report will come out first most likely by the end of September. Though just an internal investigation it will have enough meat on the bone to sustain until the real work starts to make headlines. Once John Durham was appointed witnesses most likely started remembering information they should have told Horowitz from the start. However it will released sooner than later and amendments can be added later.
