I wonder when was the last time we were road favorites, I understand this is a tournament. May have been last year but I have no idea.

No way we should be favorites. This game is going to be a big test for our young dawgs. If we win it, we will be in the Championship game, most likely against Villanova.

Agreed. Could be wrong, but I feel better about our chances in game two against Boise/C of C than I do today.

I don't know. UCF wasn't good last year and one of their top returners will not play against us. With Q and the talent we've brought in, we should win this game by 10.

Who's not going to play?

They have a new coach, Johnny Dawkins. 4 new players from last year, actually 8, but 4 have to sit out. They return their most talented player who had to redshirt last year b/c of an injury. And the Davis kid is Antonio Davis's son. Good player. It's going to be a tough matchup for us.

Don't think that this game will be easy for the dogs. UCF wore out Nicholls St .. 80-56.
They are BIG and have a ton of experience. Here is their scoring from their game with Nicholls ..

Matt Williams, SR, G, 6-5, 205, 20 PPG (6 of 11 from 3pt)
Tanksley Efianayi, SR, G, 6-6, 210, 16 PPG
Tacko Fall, SO, C, 7-6, 300, 16 PPG, 16 RPG
B.J. Taylor, SO, G, 6-2, 180, 14 PPG
Nick Banyard, SR, 6-8, 225, 10 PPG
Nathan Laing, JR, 6-1, 165, 2 PPG
Chad Brown, SO, 6-9, 230, 2 PPG

Tacko Fall looks to be a match-up nightmare. 7 foot 6 inch center 16 PPG and 16 RPG

If they call the game tight like almost college games that I've watched this year, we might be left with a guard matched up with him late in the game.

Not joking... Although the basketball prediction is pure speculation obviously. We have no idea how these freshmen will perform in their first road test.
