I had no idea how sharp Mash is. I have really enjoyed his takes, super smart guy, calm and I’d enjoy hearing him more.

He definitely a coach Cal fan. Did you see the kickoff show. He has some real concerns about the direction of UK basketball.
He has great insight into the game, it’s like he’s teaching a class.

Mash is just comfortable in his own skin, and clothes. And wish like hell, we could get some more players like him.

I missed him talking about UK but I get it too. Nash has championship dna and UK is a championship program. I’m sure he just wants the best for the program.

I’m a Vandy fan, I only knew Mashburn as a college and NBA player. Not sure I had ever heard him speak.
Dude is as intelligent as his game was good.
Has Mash ever been back to Rupp Arena? I never hear of him close to the program. He is one of my all time favorites.
I wish he was around our program more. He has been super successful in his life and I wish he would be considered for NIL GM but it appears he doesn’t want it. Tayshaun Prince is an NBA Exec and he was at a recent game, maybe he will come one day. He is the most impactful recruit of my life and I think after Rick retires I hope he plants his butt here and we start having those era guys return.
