If, and big if, UCLA decides to get serious they are clearly a sleeping giant. Look at all the players in Cali who have ended up at other schools. If they start keeping those guys who wouldn’t want to stay and play in California? They obviously have problems but they also have a lot of advantages, population being one of them.
