The quality of the high school players in Nebraska has gone up considerably over the past decade or so. There is high school talent in Nebraska, more so now than ever. Now is the time for Husker basketball to make their move towards winning. Creighton is there, Nebraska needs to get there....(we'll probably suck for the foreseeable future however

)
A little tardy to the party on this one, but I do think that you could make a team, especially this year of Nebraska only kids and be in the tournament. Granted you could say that probably about most states, but you are right about the talent. You might be a little thin at the post, but here goes:
Aguek Arop - San Diego State
Max Murrell - Stanford
Isaac Traudt - UVA
Josiah Allick - New Mexico
Jasen Green - Creighton
Chucky Hepburn - Wisconsin
Shereef Mitchell - Creighton
Hunter Salis - Gonzaga
Baylor Sheierman - Creighton
Same Griesel - Nebraska
William Kyle - SDSU
This would be your top eleven IMO then to fill out the roster you could go with
Donovan William - Pacific
Jayden Dawson - Loyola
Jkin Johnson - ODU
Frankie Fidler - Omaha
Ed Chang - Idaho State
Saint Thomas- Loyola (although not on the team any more don't know what happened there)
Sam Hoiberg - Nebraska
Charlie Easley - SDSU
Maybe either one or both of the Hastreiter brothers at SDSU or NDSU.
There is a fair amount of young talent coming up in the next couple years like you said.
