So how bout this year's team ?

Well was just speaking on alil bit of interesting history but this year's team has potential hard to really gage how good we are at this point only scrimmaging these county schools but definitely going find out how good we are tomorrow night at Cape Fear

I see no way Greene Central would have been in a league with those schools.

My bust. When I copied the 2005 Clinton schedule I went 1 line to far, got the first playoff game also. I know they are glad they never were .....LOL

Just feel coaching staff should be more worried about whats happening on the field and not whats going on the internet......Im done speaking on it thou...its football season no more negativity positive vibes only and hopefully a week 1 victory.....

Really believe they are in over their head. Lewis did just fine for decades imo. Geez, you have to trade the two most recent films anyway

Wiz in 2001 we were in the Tri-6 conf with West Bladen,South Rob,Red Springs,St Pauls etc

That's right that I-95 conference. We were the easternmost team in that conference and the westernmost team in the ECC

We played WA for the Eastern championship that year. Beat them in OT at their house. We had a WR, tall kid who could not catch a cold all year. WA had a short DB on him who climbed up his back on a high pass and was called for interference in the end zone. Next play the ball was thrown high again but MIRACLE HAPPENED. He went up and caught it

i think that short kid's name was Stringfield.Did the same thing against us. He was a player, short but a player.

Remember that classic in 2005....Overtime my boy Brian Williams went up caught pass over Dakota Marshall.....that was a classic game

I don't remember Greene Central in that conference. They let Grays Creek (new school) play down to 2A until they had a full 4 years class and went 3A. I don't remember Greene Central in it then. It was an I-95 conference.

Was wondering .... what can they do about AWAY GAMES ? Maybe require the other team to play with bags over their heads ..... Now once they play at home (AREA 51) They can control things a little better. Even then probably about 99% have Phones that video pretty dang good. Cant wait to see how this plays out thiis year

WRH Nub Tail, take it from my over 15,000 post experience on these board. This was greatly exaggerated and taken out of context.
Now let's just concentrate on football. The DarkHorses may have played the best team they play this regular season, #13 in Big3A, they played hard. I was proud of them. They WILL have a good season. Good luck to you guys
