Let’s see if the Schiff memo gets treated with the same “desire for transparency”
Both worked when I posted them...won't work now. That wouldn’t pull up for me
It would take a SECOND vote, because Republicans on committee already voted once to NOT release it.....wonder why?

BTW - I have a question. I thought many on here have claimed that the FBI/DOJ tried and failed to get a FISA warrant on Page and then they went back with the dossier and got the approval. I don't see that in the memo. They refer to the October application as the "initial" application. Maybe I'm missing it, or maybe the full release will shine details on that.
Seems like this whole memo is just a list of things we already knew, what is new? And what were people wanting redacted from that?

I want to know what other information was used for the FISA. I want to know what was said about Steele in the FISA. I want to know what the FBI knows about the dossier. I want to know what the FBI knows about Steele.
I also understand the frustration and hit to credibility that the texts about disliking Trump from Steele and Ohr and Page reveal, but if they believed the information in the dossier — wouldn’t they naturally feel that way about Trump?
I want to know what judge approved the FISA, and if there is any information about that judge that discredits their impartiality.
It's a list of things that several on here did know and tried to tell you but you just laughed out loud. Now you are claiming you knew all along? LOL!
The worst part of all of this? I had already decided a nothingburger post would be my first take on this and I totes blew it.A couple new things to me.
- It really seems like someone saw the FISA applications. I didn't think they had. Or they interviewed judicial sources?
- They sourced some of the material: McCabe's testimony, the actual Yahoo article, etc. More is necessary
- They didn't reference the failed attempt at all. Interesting that they did not, I want to research the original source of that information tonight.
I did read my link. I don't understand much of anything in it. lol. I do get the gist that's it's not as simple as some have made it out to be.Read your link. That doesn't take Woods procedure into consideration for the FISA process. The DOJ totally dropped the ball on that. Comey, Yates, Rosenstein still signed off on the applications.

I don't think this will change anything. This memo just seems to validate stuff that was already out in the public domain. The worst part of all of this? I had already decided a nothingburger post would be my first take on this and I totes blew it.
I thought you said it wasn’t blocked by the Republicans?Any bets on how many hours before it's leaked?
No they voted to NOT release it. Schiff is asking for a second voteAsked and answered already. They are following the same procedure they followed with the Republican memo. Schiff presented it to the committee on 2/29. It was approved unanimously for House release for 7 days. Then another vote for public release, and then go through the White House approval. There is policy for this type of thing. They didn't just release the initial memo as soon as it was presented to the committee.

It’s a partisan memo. It’s notvevidence of anything.
Gee, seems like everyone already is convinced of its contents even before reading it.
So you've read the post and made up your opinion?Gee, seems like everyone already is convinced of its contents even before reading it.
The Washington Examiner? Here is a good rundown boom.

The Washington Examiner?
I read the memo, and I have substantial questions that are relevant to the memo’s overall assertions. I’m waiting for the hashtag social media campaign from the truth seeking right to get Trump to release the actual FISA evidence used at court, and not a memo written by GOP staffers cherry picking what feeds the right wing prop machine. So you've read the post and made up your opinion?
Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information.Byron York. Veteran DC correspondent.
If you can discredit reports based on liberal bias, I can based on conservative bias as well. Why is it ok for conservatives to do things, but you rail against the left for the same? Unnamed sources, obvious media biases, half truth political memos?Do you really play the MSM is more accurate than anyone else card still? STILL?
Pfffffft

If these abuses are true, then it shouldn’t be left to this at all. This memo is not justice

It hasnt been blocked. It is going through the process that this memo went through.I thought you said it wasn’t blocked by the Republicans?
Sure. This memo is in no way political is it?Still framing everything left vs. right. Tsk, tsk
Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information.
I didn't see this in the memo. Where was that?
How do you know what was used in the FISA? Entire basis was fraudulent? Why would you say that? .....oh yeah that’s right, because of this memo. Even though the Trump appointed FBI Director says that this memo has material omissions that call into question the legitimacy of the documents claims.Neither was the FISA warrant. In fact it was illegal, since the entire basis of it was fradulent. You aren't as concerned about that as you are about the politics of Nunes' motivations for revealing the bias and impropriety in the DOJ. All you care about is Dems not looking like the scoundrels they are, your calls for Justice are relatively innocuous.
I read the memoRead the link to Byron York's piece I provided. Full copies of the memo are also provided. Read that too...you'll see it or lie about it.
